In Clark County, last year, Las Vegas area police departments issued over 1,100 Las Vegas driving citations and during that same period there were ten fatal accidents just in Las Vegas alone. However, even with significant federally-funded aggressive Las Vegas ticketing and traffic enforcement, in the past six days, there were five fatal traffic accidents in the Las Vegas metro region. While all avoidable deaths are regrettable, please contact us today to fight or fix your Las Vegas traffic citation. As the holidays approach, Las Vegas police department spokesmen will begin increased enforcement of Nevada seat-belt laws and issue more Las Vegas careless driving tickets. Zealous enforcement efforts often result in erroneous Las Vegas traffic citations. If your joyous holiday has been marred by a Las Vegas traffic citation or accident, please contact us today. Las Vegas ticket attorneys will help you fix your ticket. Online traffic school is also available and fits conveniently into your busy holiday schedule.

Governor Sandoval and Nevada Department of Transportation recently released figures they say highlight the success of increased Las Vegas traffic ticket and enforcement efforts. The Zero Fatalities Nevada program has increased education and enforcement efforts in Las Vegas and the rest of Nevada for aggressive driving laws, mobile phone use, child passenger safety, drug and alcohol impaired driving, seat-belt use and more. Although this program has promoted greater public safety, its aggressive enforcement measures have left hundreds of Nevada drivers hoping to get out of Las Vegas traffic court and the other burdens of a Nevada traffic citation. Statistics cited for this Nevada traffic ticket program highlight the lack of significant growth in Nevada traffic fatalities and the drop in serious traffic injuries in Nevada. Enforcement efforts for the program include increased Nevada DUI arrest checkpoints, the passage of a new Nevada seatbelt law making such a violation a primary-enforcement offense, greater enforcement of pedestrian laws in high-crash areas and consideration for additional Nevada red light photo enforcement programs. While this program has touted its success targeting traffic fatalities and serious injuries, no statistics are posted about increased Las Vegas traffic citations or incorrectly cited individuals.
